The Workout Explained:
Lunges, Jacks & Squats… Oh Baby!
3 exercises, 10 reps each, 10 rounds
1) Alternating Plyometric Lunge with Pulse
-Modification: Eliminate the jump. Instead, pulse, then step your back foot up to meet your front foot and step back your front foot.
2) Jumping Jacks
   -Modification: Step feet out to the side one at a time, alternating. See first round in the video.
-Challenge: Star Jumps (a.k.a. Air Jacks)
3) Full Squats
-Modification: Normal squats, not allowing your glutes going below your knees.
-Challenge: Add a jump to your full squat.
