(Updated January 1, 2017)
A few years ago, I had friends over for a New Year’s Eve playgroup at noon instead of midnight! Now that’s how you party with toddlers, am I right?
To add to the tiaras, confetti and food-galore, I incorporated a fun little activity to commemorate our little ones and the stages they were currently in.
And… I thought it’d be super fun to share it with you so you can do it at home today, tomorrow, or whenever you have time!
We’ve all seen those “All About Me” children’s questionnaires that include only questions such as: My favorite color is… My favorite toy is… etc. Although I’ve added one or two of these mainstream questions, I decided to make the others a little more interesting.
Don’t worry about getting perfect responses! Half the fun is looking back and seeing the jibber-jabber that your little cutie spurted out on New Year’s Eve or Day a few years ago.
Enjoy!
Note: To add a little more to the presentation, I cut out some metallic card stock and used double-sided tape to adhere the questionnaire.
Oh, and HAPPY NEW YEAR if that’s when you’re reading this!

And here’s a filled in version, courtesy of my 3-year-old. 🙂
Psst… this one is from a few years ago. I freshened up the design in the
