The problem is that besides my 3-year-old who would eat an entire wheel of brie cheese without crackers or bread, I’m the only person in the house who eats it.
Because of this, I’ve found that end up wasting a precious amount of brie cheese due to the fact that it dries out! After too many times of cutting off $3-worth of stale cheese and throwing it away, I decided it was enough!
This is my solution:
Take a full wheel of brie.
Cut out the center of the cheese wheel for eating… mm! If you make your slice thin, you can just cut it up into little squares to put directly on crackers. This is much easier than trying to spread cooled cheese.
Close the cheese up.
Ta da!!!
Wrap in saran wrap and put it in a ziplock bag and you’re all set!
