Do you need an outdoor, non-messy activity to do with your little one?
This is genius:
Let him or her PAINT WITH WATER!
I was outside talking to my neighbor about how wonderful it will be when summer FINALLY starts! She said that she can’t wait to sit on her front porch and just relax while her 3-year-old paints rocks in the front yard. I questioned her, because I didn’t see any red, blue, or green rocks around her house (thank goodness, because the last thing I need to see when I look out my window is a rock rainbow).
I decided to try the new activity today. It took me about 30 seconds to grab a paint brush and a bowl of water for my daughter, Cora. She was so excited for her new activity and ran outside not knowing what to expect. She was delighted when she saw that applying her “paint” to the walls, sidewalk, rocks, and even truck changed their color a bit.
She even cried when we told her she had to stop, because she had to go play at the gym day care (which she is always very excited to go to).
This activity is a winner!

Yay for neighbors who share good ideas! Looks like Cora could keep herself busy for a while! We’ve got a whole backyard that needs water painting 🙂

Haha!I’m sure she’d love to water the plants and the sidewalk and the pool… and everything else!

I was suggested this web site by my cousin. I am not sure whether this post is written
by him as no one else know such detailed about my trouble.
You’re amazing! Thanks!
