Get ready, Moms! You’re about to not only get the deets on the newest BOB Stroller Strides Duallie, but I also have a freebie stroller workout for you at the bottom of this post! Suhweeeet!
As moms, we’re always looking for the best-of-the-best strollers.
The number of choices is insane:
“Um… Ma’am, would you like…
“…single or double?”
“…walking or jogging?”
“…fixed wheel or swivel?”
“…with major shocks or without?”
“…air-filled tires or rubber?”
Holy moly, mama! My brain stopped at “…walking or jogging.”
With all of the options at-hand, I always hear expressions of resounding love from moms who simply can’t do without their BOB strollers. Many say that BOB is the brand to go with if you’re looking for longevity, a smooth ride for you babe, safety and durability.
It’s a coveted brand, and moms scope out Craigslist and Facebook yard sale group pages to take dibs on any resales available. (You know you’ve done it!)
P.S. That doesn’t mean that these are inexpensive resales. BOBs hold their value!
I purchased my first BOB at the New Year between 2012 and 2013, right before my second child was born. It is still awesome, and I was hooked!
Later, as a FIT4MOM franchisee from 2013-2014, I received a single Stroller Strides branded BOB as part of my franchise purchase. I couldn’t believe the lightweight feel of the single stroller. I thought the double was light.
The single is not only light, but it’s easily maneuverable with one hand, if needed, which is a dream if you want to run with a consistent arm swing. And, nope… I don’t have Popeye forearms!
It looks like my love of BOB paid off. The company recently reached out to me to see if I was interested in trying their 2016 Stroller Strides Duallie Fitness Stroller. Um… yes, I was!
After scoping it out, I discovered that they made many really convenience- and comfort-based updates to this version of their stroller.
Here are 3 of my favorite updates in this BOB Double Stroller:
- The handlebar is maneuverable at nearly 180-degrees. Say what?! That means that someone over 6-foot tall and someone 3-foot tall can push the same stroller with the same ease. I know, because I tried it out with my husband and my daughter!
- The child seats not only have a wider range of recline (including sitting straight up, which was not an option previously,) but they also have a quick pulley method of loosening and tightening.
- A brake that is super easy to kick up or push down with your foot. Now, when I’m wearing flip-flops, I don’t have to worry about hurting my toes when pushing it up. (This was a real problem, ya’ll.)
Will it fit in your car?
With just a standard two-fold, I’ve fit it in the trunks and bodies of sedans, plus SUVs. If you take off the wheels, you can really go wild!
Here are the dimensions when folded, wheels on >> Swivel mode 17.5 in (44.5 cm) / Jogging mode 17.5 in (44.5 cm)
Folded Height, wheels off: Swivel mode 16 in (40.6 cm) / Jogging mode 16 in (40.6 cm)
OK, I know you all know how amazing BOB is. If you didn’t already, I hope you do now! If you have any questions, I’d love to chat more in the comments.

Darcy of Fit Foodie Mom says
Hi, Heather! As long as the doorway is larger than 30.5″, you’re good! I can get it in and out of my front door. My doorway is 36″.
