BODY BACK WEEK 2
WEIGHT:
At Assessments: 157.6
At the beginning of Week 3: 154.1
Total weight change: -3.5lbs
I’m doing it.
FITNESS:
Saturday: Body Back class, but I didn’t get to do much of it. Practiced for the March for Babies pre-run warm-up.
Sunday: It was raining! 5k running group – 10 mins running/3 mins walking for 3 round
Nutrition:
OK, so I committed to eating more veggies this week. I kind of did, but not totally. I added more veggies to the Way Easy White Bean Soup recipe in the journal and ate it for several meals (because it’s AMAZING!) I had a salad and more veggies with the Chicken Stir Fry. I still feel like I need to up my game, because I should be having way more servings. To my dismay, after really looking at my food journal, I need to replace some grain-based carbs with veggies. Therefore, although trail mix is my go-to, maybe I should really aim to have veggies and hummus instead. If I weren’t so darn picky with raw veggies, it would be a lot easier.
No excuses – I’ll make it happen!
